EXCHANGE POLICY

Jewellery sold by Karan Kothari Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. (KKJPL) can be exchanged at any KKJPL showroom, subject to the following conditions:

• Original invoice of the jewellery must be produced at the time of exchange.
• The exchange must be completed within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• The product must not be used, damaged, altered, or tampered with, and must be in the same condition as when sold.
• No return or cashback policy is available.
• Exchange value will be subject to reasonable deduction of making charges and any price fluctuation as per the prevailing policy on the day of exchange.
• All natural diamonds purchased from KKJPL are eligible for an exchange value of up to 90% of the current prevailing rates.
• All Polki and Precious Gemstones purchased from KKJPL are eligible for an exchange value of up to 85% of the current prevailing rates.
• No exchange is offered on forming/imitation jewellery or synthetic gemstones.
• Management reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice or reject any claim.
• The decision of KKJPL management shall be final in all cases.
